Returns & Exchanges

At Omega Walk, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your footwear or apparel in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
